Ellen Grivna joins Mosaic Public Partners with over 25 years of experience in sales leadership and learning climates, largely as a multi-unit District Sales Leader working with both global and national retail brands with strong customer-focused environments. Her results-oriented and collaborative leadership style has been awarded and recognized consistently throughout her career for not only achieving key performance objectives, but also for delivering excellent service standards throughout her teams. Her ability to attract, retain and develop a strong sales and education team was significant and instrumental in her role as an Admissions Leader, where she focused to identify, assess, and interview talent.
Ellen leverages this experience to support recruitment projects by identifying and researching candidates, developing candidate pools, and performing background media searches on identified candidates.
